I’m not talking here about the airlines" services, which have absolutely nothing to do with the airport. The airport itself is extremely well run. It’s large but you don’t get lost, and it’s very well organised. It isn’t spectacular, with a "designer’ concourse and sculptures everywhere, but it’s the most functional airport I know. Go there relaxed, safe in the knowledge that you won’t get lost.

A very efficient and well-organised airport. Drop-off point. Inside, there are restaurants, a Fnac, a bookshop, etc. Car parks where you can leave your car, with a 10-minute shuttle bus ride. Book your parking online. The NH hotel is right next to the airport with direct access to the terminal.

«Dominique Baudis» Airport, named after the former mayor of Toulouse. It’s a large international airport, but there aren’t a great many shops in the concourses. On the other hand, there are plenty of car parks, which are very convenient and reasonably priced. One positive point: the toilets are very clean.

Overall, a convenient and well-located airport, with fairly easy access from Toulouse and the surrounding area. The facilities are generally clean and well-maintained, and the flight information displays are clear. The staff are generally professional and courteous, although the experience may vary depending on how busy it is. Certain stages of the journey, particularly security checks and boarding, can be a little time-consuming at peak times. There are several shops and places to eat, which is a welcome feature whilst waiting for a flight. However, some areas could do with a bit of a refresh and more seating at certain times. Overall, it is a functional and pleasant airport to travel through, with some room for improvement in terms of comfort and the flow of passengers during busy periods

The airport is well connected, with clear signage and useful information on the various transport options available for getting into the city. The main drawback is the roadworks at the airport exit, which are currently making access to the bus platform difficult. The signage is unclear and the route remains rather awkward when travelling with suitcases. On the other hand, the shuttle bus to the city centre remains a quick and efficient way to reach the train and coach stations easily, even if the €9 fare may seem relatively high. Overall, the airport is functional and well-organised despite the temporary disruption caused by the roadworks.
